Junior Golf Mission Statement:

The main objective of Rick Murphy Golf Academy's Junior Golf Program is to promote the game of golf through: player development, new golfer orientation, and playing opportunities. Our facilit will provide a fun and safe environment, striving to give junior golfers the highest qulaity of instruction in the Piedmont.

Rick Murphy Junior Golf Academy focuses on skill development, rules and etiquette, and tournament preparation. These goals are accomplished through our camps, clinics and private instruction. Our students range all levels of players from the beginner to the elite tournament players seeking college scholarships. The Academy will be overseen by PGA, Apprentice Casey Cline, and PGA Professional Bob Brooks.

• 2011 Camp Dates (ages 8 - 16)
• Camp 1 : June 13th - 17th : 9:00 - 12:30
• Camp 2 : June 27st - July 1st : 9:00 - 12:30
• Camp 3 : July 11th - 15th : 9:00 - 12:30
• Camp 4 : July 25th - 29th : 9:00 - 12:30

Our half-day camps are for boys and girls ages 8-16 Each participant will receive approximately three hours of instruction per day. Camp instruction includes:

• Full Swing
• Short Game
• Rules and Etiquette
